Horrible customer service. They offer no support when there is an issue. The last three purchases I have made in 2023 has been delayed. This time I am at wits end because I leave to go out of the country for 30 days and my package ordered 7 business days ago still has not arrived.

the dress that i ordered was gorgeous however slightly too small, but the exchange was very simple, the skirt i also got didn’t look too great on me however return was simple and i got the money returned in store credits. Both of the items i got were very good quality and arrived next day in nice, secure packaging.

I had a problem with my return link and I decided to send an e-mail at the customer support. They replied directly within the same day few hours later and they guide me properly for the procedure. Extremely helpful! Best customer support ever experienced!

I wanted a dress that was posted on IG but hadn’t dropped yet, I commented and had a suggestion from the OhPolly team. Ordered the dress, it came in record time and is STUNNING.

The custumer service is great! The people answering the mails are very polite and helpful. I love the quality of the dress that I ordered and will be ordering in the future!! Although, I had to order my package 3 times to be able to get it, but that is because of the delivery company (PostNL). Also, PostNL didn’t leave a note that they delivered the package to a neighbour, so I wasn’t able to track my package after delivery.

First and foremost I would like to mention that delivery was efficient and the garment arrived in pristine condition. The workmanship, attention to detail and fabric is a 10 out of 10!!! My daughter has already worn it to a wedding and her graduation. The compliments were overflowing and she looked stunning.

I ordered a dress for my graduation party and was really excited to wear it that day. According to the sizing chart and the model's measurements and wearing size, I was a size UK 4, so I ordered that size. Such a disappointment when I tried it and found out it was too small. My graduation is in 3 days, so it wouldn't come on time if I reorder it and I don't have a dress to wear, plus I have to pay a returning fee. I shouldn't have trust Oh Polly for something that important and will never do again!

Had a concern about my parcel as it hadn’t been dispatched yet, so emailed in to customer services and received a reply a few hours later and the problem was sorted. Such a helpful and lovely response from Yasmin, thank you for the swift reply. Appreciated.

Unfortunately my order was lost by courier, but I had to continuously chase Oh Polly for a replacement order, expressing to them that I needed the item for an important upcoming event. They continually fobbed me off, advising that replacement would be dispatched by next day delivery, but for over three days this did not happen! When I went on the website to re-order the item myself it was clearly out of stock! Which is obviously why it was never despatched! But no one of the numerous customer service agents I spoke to ever bothered to check this and just kept reassuring me a replacement was on its way!

Very helpful service with a return/exchange. Customer service fast tracked a dress for my daughter’s prom so that she gets it in time. Thanks to Charlotte, Nikki and Louise

Liv, Livvy & Imogen were so helpful when I was having issues with my return. Refreshing to not get an automated, robotic response but responses that were relevant, quick & professional The products are great quality too, 1st time shopping with Oh Polly but 100% not my last!

Parcel was NOT delivered to the local Costcutter as I requested. I paid next day delivery but as they got the address wrong, I didn’t get my items until 3 days later. Very disappointing.

I ordered from oh polly and was really excited to receive my parcel. On the expected day of delivery the courier Evri said my parcel had been delivered (I was not in) it said delivered to a safe place. I thought great it won’t be long until I get home and I can find my parcel in “my safe place”. On arrival home my parcel was no where to be found. Searched everywhere, looked on my delivery picture etc. (my safe place pictured was just a picture of someone, not me, holding the parcel) After searching everywhere I contacted oh polly, who were so understanding and quick to respond to my parcel being lost! Even though I never received my parcel (which was not oh polly’s fault, it was the delivery company) they were very quick to deal with my problem and issued a refund after all investigations were complete. So thank you!

The stitching on one of the tops I purchased came apart after one use and wash and both Amy and Jacob from the cusomer service team dealt with it promptly and had a new item sent to me. Very effective and great customer care. Also like to add iv probably bought well over 100 items from oh polly over the years and never had an issue with any of their items apart from this one. Such a great company!
